I purchased denim pants on 26 June 2025. To date, I am waiting for their delivery. The supplier's preferred courier company goes to the store to fetch the item, and they are informed that the package is not ready. Last week, when I called Evolve, no one answered my call. I called in the courier company today, The Courier Guy, and they told me that the store did not hand over the package, because it wasn't ready. I called in Evolve, and I got to know that the Manager of the Store did not inform the Evolve office that the package wasn't collected, and the reason. Today, apparently, the store will book a new collection, and it will be delivered tomorrow. I am disgusted with the level of service. Don't have the decency to let the customer know why and what happened. It's all about collecting the funds and staying quiet.
