Terrible support service that will frustrate the hell out of your life. Last year I dealt with my daughter missing a subject for 6 months. This year I am dealing with a very simple request that seems to be too hard for them - TRANSFERRING MY CHILD TO CAMBRIDGE CURRICULUM! Once my ticket got attention, someone marked it as resolved without any resolution. No one has assisted me since and it's been more than 4 weeks. I regret the day that I recommended Evolve to friends because I am now taking my child out of this mess.
The only language they ever understand is a bad review. Only then will they be calling you like you haven't been emailing them in the past weeks with no response! Stop this online school if you cannot give online support! Stop frustrating parents! I work in customer support, and this is by far the worst service I have ever come across from a business.
