Terrible support service
Terrible support that will frustrate the hell out of your life. I thought taking my child out of Trinity House would be a solution only to land in their Online version. Last year I dealt with my daughter missing a subject for 6 months. This year I am dealing with a very simple request that seems to be too hard for them - TRANSFERRING MY CHILD TO CAMBRIDGE CURRICULUM! Once my ticket got attention, someone marked it as resolved without any resolution. No one has assisted me since and it's been more than 4 weeks. I regret the day that I recommended Evolve to friends because I am now taking my child out of this mess. The only language they ever understand is a bad review. Only then will they be calling you like you haven't been emailing them in the past weeks with no response! Stop this online school if you cannot give online support! Stop frustrating parents! I work in customer support, and this is by far the worst service I have ever come across from a business.

Evolve Online- Terrible communication!
The teachers are very good but whoever is responsible for admin work is terrible. My daughter has had a missing module since January and no one picked this up. She hasn't received any report from this school. No one is responding to my communication and she's still missing out on her classes because of this poor communication. I am extremely disappointed by this. I have a ticket from January that's also still not resolved yet. How can you be an online school and not be able to resolve issues online? Do we need an office now where we can walk in and complain?

Stay Away from them!
Only deal with this agency if you have lawyers handy. I signed a lease agreement with them and then withdrew before the commencement date. They had asked me to resign because I had signed in the wrong place which I then refused to do. Their admin then decided to forge the signature, back-date the document and claim that the landlord had already signed before my cancellation. They went on to say that they couldn’t send me the signed agreement on time due to load shedding. This was 7 days after I requested to withdraw. I was forced to serve a two months notice and I opened a ***** case against them. I also reported them to the PPRA. Thanks to Lena, I only received half of my money two months later with claims that someone else has occupied the property and therefore I will be refunded. It is noteworthy that I never received an invoice for this property that I was allegedly paying for and I only decided to let it go because it wasn’t going to be worth my time. It’s evident to me that they’re used to acting like ****** and are only good enough for desperate people.

Worst agency that ever existed!
I should have read the reviews before trusting these crooks. They don’t disclose all the costs for the properties they’re advertising. Now they don’t want to refund my deposit.

Don't use their UIF service
Worst experience. I filed for UIF unemployment benefits. They promised a 10 days turn around time and it's been over 9 weeks already. I finally went directly to the Department of Labour to make a new claim and I regret using this company and their terrible service.
