What a bad experience, bad service. I have never seen such a big company which cannot handle calls and neither return back my calls. I have been calling since 0800 am till 1600pm not even one consultant can assist you instead they transfer calls which don’t even reach the next extension.this is time consuming and wasted energy.

I have followed all proper channels to resolve an urgent issue related to my child’s schooling, yet I have received no response from GSS. This level of non-communication is unacceptable and deeply concerning for any parent. I am requesting immediate assistance and accountability

Terrible experience dealing with this company. Happy to take money for school fees, but ANY technical issue, their answer is EMAIL us and wait OR log into the system and do it yourself!

Dealing with ADvTECH has been an absolute nightmare. Multiple tickets were logged to have a hold uplifted, yet no one bothered to get back to me. I made countless phone calls and sent follow-ups, only to get absolutely no assistance or feedback. I was clearly told that the hold would be lifted before the school opened. This did not happen. As a result, my child arrived at school on the first day and had no class to go to. The embarrassment and stress this caused my child is unacceptable and completely avoidable. The lack of communication, accountability, and urgency is shocking, especially from an organization responsible for children’s education. This situation shows a total disregard for parents and learners. The service is pathetic and deeply disappointing. I would not recommend dealing with ADvTECH based on this experience.

Extremely disappointed at the way an excellent Teacher in lonehill was dismissed after one complaint by a parent whose child suffered a minor injury at school. This teacher has been exceptional with many years of loyal service and absolutely loved by the 3 year olds in her class. Accidents happen, but an employee should not be dismissed as a result of one complaint by an aggrieved parent. Other children also suffer the emotional loss and a Teachers reputation and career is ruined. If she was guilty, the school should have issued a lesser sanction and allowed her to resume her duties. Now we have lost a magnificent and passionate Teacher over an accident with barely any serious consequences. I feel the Advtech group should have fought harder to keep a valued and loyal employee like her and it was within their power to do so, but they chose otherwise.

I’m writing this as a parent who was really saddened to see a teacher being publicly bashed on this platform. Having seen firsthand how dedicated, caring, and full of integrity she’s been with the kids, it just feels incredibly unfair that things turned out this way. Yes, there was an incident where a child got hurt but from what I understand, some of the details shared in parent groups were blown out of proportion. Kids fall, they get hurt, it happens, no matter how careful anyone is. To take something like that and turn it into a reason for someone to lose their job feels wrong. The children adored her, and it’s honestly heartbreaking to think of how they’ll be affected too. This whole situation could have been handled with so much more fairness and empathy. Although I am grateful that the Managing Director has agreed to meet in person to discuss HR processes, I still find it difficult to understand how this escalated to such an extreme outcome in the first place. I really hope the school reflects on this and chooses integrity, compassion, and proper process next time instead of just reacting.

I am writing a 1 star review against this group and school, Crawford International Lonehill and the way they handled a situation reported in this platform on 01 October 2025. One that allows for clear defamation of both the school and the Teacher in Question! It’s honestly heartbreaking to see what has happened to Teacher Sharona, because for so many of us, she has been so much more than just a teacher, she has been a constant source of care, stability, and inspiration in our children’s lives. Our kids have absolutely thrived under her. They’ve grown in confidence, kindness, and curiosity, all because of the way she teaches and connects with them. She doesn’t just teach lessons from a book; she teaches lessons that stay with them. The things they learn in her classroom come home with them, in their words, their manners, the way they show empathy, and even the way they talk about their day. That kind of impact can’t be measured, and it certainly can’t be replaced. What makes her so special is the compassion she shows every single day. She sees each child for who they are and what they need. She nurtures them when they’re struggling, celebrates them when they succeed, and makes every one of them feel seen and loved and cares for each one as they are her own! That’s rare and it’s what every parent hopes for when we hand our little ones over each morning. To see her treated so unfairly after years of dedication, commitment, and love for her students is deeply disappointing. Mistakes and accidents happen, we all know that, but her entire record speaks for itself: a career built on care, responsibility, and genuine connection. All stripped away just like that. No one should have their years of service and their heart for teaching dismissed so quickly. As parents, we stand by her because we’ve witnessed firsthand the difference she’s made. Our children are better humans because of her, and we will not stay silent while someone who has given so much is made an example of. ADVTECH, this is not leadership. This is a moment to reflect, to show compassion, and to remember what education is truly about — people who pour their hearts into helping our children grow. We are proud to have had Teacher Sharona in our children’s lives, and we stand firmly behind her.
