They get bills from the body corporate and then they just copy those bill amounts without question. How on earth does 1 person use 27 units of water in 28 days? They cannot answer that as they only get those amounts from the body corporate. All they can do is send unanswered emails to the body corporate. Then, while they are aware of this amount that is under dispute, they threaten your credit record.

**Title: Misleading Information and Unprofessional Conduct** I recently purchased a house through Lencar exclusive properties , and my experience has been highly disappointing due to several critical issues: - **Misleading Information:** Initially, I was informed that the seller was overseas. However, after signing the contract, I was told that the seller has dementia and was actually in South Africa, which felt deceptive and unprofessional. - **Unprofessional Conduct:** Throughout this process, Ricky and Cindy have displayed a lack of professionalism. Their misleading information and poor communication have caused significant stress and frustration. - **Vandalism:** Upon receiving the keys to the house, we found that the property had been vandalized, and it was not in the same condition as what we had viewed, adding to our disappointment and distress. - **Lack of Support:** We are now left to pick up the pieces on our own, being told that we have to deal with the attorneys. Given my experience, I cannot recommend Lencar exclusive properties to anyone looking to buy a property. Their approach has been far from transparent or reliable. Sincerely, Elsie

Worst service with no care, no time management and and no respect for clients. Pay huge amounts off money to rent through them but yet when you call to complain because the maintenance team is an hour late then the owner is busy driving and cant talk , never gets back to you neither replies to messages. Admin lady in the accounting department is rude as hell , owner doesnt care and no time management buy yet when you must pay rent they ask for their money on the 25th already. I will not recommend to do a rental through lencar you are just another number on their books

Don't let Lencar Exclusive Properties South sell your most valuable asset your house. How can you sell anything if you don't answer calls or return calls nothing is going to happen. The only professional thing they have is there answering service. But what good is it if you cant return calls . I am sure you have wondered why is your house not selling, here is your answer. The most unprofessional company I have ever come across.

Don't let Lencar Exclusive Properties South sell your most valuable asset your house. How can you sell anything if you don't answer calls or return calls nothing is going to happen. The only professional thing they have is there answering service. But what good is it if you cant return calls . I am sure you have wondered why is your house not selling, here is your answer. The most unprofessional company I have ever come across.

We recently purchased a property through Lencar Properties and was assisted by Tony. The levies were advertised to be R 1300,00. At no stage during the purchasing of the property were we informed what the levies would encompass. To our surprise the levies were double the price. Emails for Tony and Ricky have proven worthless as they did not address any of our concerns when replying. Instead, we were told that they hope that "things will work out". Also, no levies invoice for the previous owner was shown to us to make an informed decision. This was deliberately withheld from us to close the sale. We would not have purchased the property if they could have been honest with us concerning the levies and if there was full disclosure. Where are we supposed to get the additional moneys from every month ???

As I approach nearly three weeks into my lease with Lencar Exclusive Properties, I am compelled to share my disappointment with their service and lack of urgency towards repairing my malfunctioning toilet. Despite promptly reporting the problem, and subsequently following up, it remains unaddressed, leaving me inconvenienced and waste of the earths natural resources as the toilet runs as and when it wishes. I’m trying to find the “exclusive” in “Lencar Exclusive Properties”.

Lencar is the worst Company that i have ever dealt with in my Life , their service is terrible , no communication , The staff just lie to you, they take no responsibility and you always owe them for something , their manner of operation is so questionable , i could write an essay about them what ****ed me off the most is their lies of how they got into my property with no adult supervision and **** about it and said my child opened with the intercom , they **** to me and managed to convince my child to get into the property with out even alerting us that some one was coming ,there was loadsheding and the intercom doesn't work , how did they do an electrical inspection of the property ?, how can you just enter someones property with no consent and the child tells you im not allowed to let anyone in ?its scary . i have endless emails to them and it falls on deaf years , theres so much other issues i had with Lencar, they charge you for everything but never refund you , they promised to give us 3 months to move out, if the property was sold and forced us to move out in less than 2 months when the time came , we had no where to go so we asked for an extension and was advised that our lease said 2 months notice , never the less after vacating, they kept our full deposit yet i painted and cleaned the property before exiting and the agent even mentioned we have never seen a property this clean with the same amount of cracks and scratches on the tiles and cupboards and nails on the wall as mentioned on the lease before occupation , where is the fair wear and tear usage policy ,there were slight scratches on the walls which i painted, we lived there for 3 years , never the less , they gave me a quote for R4500 for painting and charged me R5500 , the painting made the property look 100 time worse , i have pictures , they said they are waiting for the electricity bill and i need to wait a month , never connected me , when i contacted them , i was advised i owe them money the electricity bill was over my deposit and that my rental , key and electricity deposit was all forfeited and i still owe them money , bare in mind i paid a R2000 fee to them before occupation , it was called a finders fee yet i called them , my lawyers claim to be still busy with this and i'm waiting for the housing tribunal , People Beware of Lencar !!!!

Probably the most DISRESPECTFUL company i have ever came across. They literally think the sun is shining out of their buts. Treating people in a professional environment like they are their step children. I cant believe this company is still standing. DIVASHA. JODY. LILLY. CINDY. RICKY. they are all so disrespectful. Looks like they all have the same mother
