Worst service with no care, no time management and and no respect for clients. Pay huge amounts off money to rent through them but yet when you call to complain because the maintenance team is an hour late then the owner is busy driving and cant talk , never gets back to you neither replies to messages. Admin lady in the accounting department is rude as hell , owner doesnt care and no time management buy yet when you must pay rent they ask for their money on the 25th already. I will not recommend to do a rental through lencar you are just another number on their books
Ordered items lastweek Thursday 23 November 2023 , and on the 24 November half my order was delivered. Items we're missing. Takealot was notified and after investigations Takealot said it was a packing mistake from their side , and they are busy arranging delivery. Today is the 30th of November 2023 and I still have not received my outstanding items , 7 days later and still no items , i have dealt with so many call centre agents namely , JUNAID F / ABDUL BAASIT L / TULISWA S / NANDE M. All these agents spoke to to me and advised they will help and guess what nothing happened. And nothing was sorted out , Abdul baasit closed the ticket for some reason and still no feedback and still no items which is sad. No one at takealot cares about anything or anyone and the saddest part is that i have paid in full for items i have not received. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL GUYS AS TAKEALOT TAKES THE FULL AMOUNT OF MONEY OF YOUR ACCAND THEN HALF A PARCEL GETS DELIVERED😡😡 , ONCE YOU REPORT THE ISSUE YOUR QUERY GETS IGNORED AND CALL CENTRE AGENTS LIKE ABDUL BAASIT CLOSES THE TICKET AND YOU END UP WITH NO MONEY AND NO ITEMS . All of this sounds more like a **** and like an inside story where the guys are busy ****ming clients. Mr Zietsman you must open your eyes you are either in it or you are busy being ****** by your own employees. Unfortunately i will never order from takealot again after this.
Ordered stuff from Takealot , when it was delivered only certain items was delivered. The driver was informed and her response was "i must phone head office" what pathetic service from Take a lot . I paid over R2000 for things i needed for a birthday tomorrow and this is how things are done with take alot and the driver. Thanks for nothing now i cant give any presents due to your useless mistakes and poor service. I demand a full refund on everything that was ordered. You guys are pathetic 😡😡😡
STAY AWAY FROM THE COURIER GUY Send them to fetch stuff all was packed in bubble wrap neatly and secured, driver was ****y and said my stuff will get there in one piece. Just received an email that all my parcels are broken into pieces. Desley the guy assisting on this told me they will courier to me as is . What a joke , these items cost me R7000 and everything is broken . What a joke and no one cares , looks like steven gleisner the owner made his money and does not give a **** about clients. This is a disgrace you are a **** and if you treat clients like this you can treat your wife and kids like this. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE OWNERS AND STAFF STAY AWAY RATHER USE DHL MUCH BETTER MUCH SAVER YOUR ARE A DISGRACE.
Worst experience from customer support, was helped by agent lincoln and treated like a child . My account was disabled a few months ago and wanted to reactivate it and he told me that its his supervisor decision to decide if they will reactivate it. What a bunch of bull****. I am not satisfied with this answer and help. Lottostar you have failed again you are getting worse and worse by the day
11 working days later and no product, paid in full but yet no product. Saddest part the product ordered was a gift and is now late . Highly upset with One day only and will not recommend or order from your company again. You guys are pathetic to be honest. Useless bunch of idiots working at this company. Account was settled in full , I received my paid up letter but yet they messed my credit score up by saying i still ow money but the dump C@/#nts send me a paid up letter. A bunch of uneducated *****s working at this place.I am sure the owners of this business is also a bunch of f#cking retards.
STAY away from this MEDICAL AID . They are skelms . I am now blocked from using this medical aid due me giving a months notice which is the end of April. They have now blocked me to do anything i cant get medication, cant go to a doctor , and i am sick but yet i need to pay the full installment the end of April for April. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MEDICAL AID THEY ARE VERY BAD AND VERY QUICK TO BLOCK YOU OUT OF EVERYTHING AND TAKE YOUR MONEY. I guess my bank will have to do a stop order against you . My bad , you block me and ill do the same to you. Lets rather settle this in court because you know you are wrong and cant deny me to use my medical aid but yet still debit my account in full.
