We appreciate your time in sharing a review of our services. However, we would like to clarify some misapprehensions that seem to have arisen.
Our records indicate that Mr. Mokgosi is our tenant, you not on our database neither are you listed on the Lease Agreement.
As per our process, we had sent through correspondence to Mr. Mokgosi explaining the utility billing procedure. He was only billed for utilities starting two months post his move-in date, which was when we began to receive the associated readings. We have attached the statements show that the readings as of September 2023 only extend until 18th August 2023. Therefore, we must wait for the next statement to reflect readings up to the date the keys were handed over so the appropriate utility charges can be deducted from the deposit.
Mr. Mokgosi's lease agreement clearly outlines our deposit refund procedure. Lencar is obligated to ensure that all costs incurred by the tenant have been completely recovered and paid over to the landlord before the deposit refund can be processed and the remaining funds transferred to the tenant.
We believe in the importance of accurate reviews that reflect our clients' experiences. Since you are not a client or a party to any lease agreement with us, we feel that your review may not accurately represent our services.
