Bad communication and no stock when in stock online

Ordered and paid for products online that showed stock available. After no communication I sent a message enquiring about the order. Was told that it would be sent 2 days later. After enquiring again was told no no stock on one item is available. Asked for a refund and was told they probably will send out the order.
