Bad communication and no stock when in stock online
Ordered and paid for products online that showed stock available. After no communication I sent a message enquiring about the order. Was told that it would be sent 2 days later. After enquiring again was told no no stock on one item is available. Asked for a refund and was told they probably will send out the order.

ITC threats
At the start of the transaction they were very slow to respond but just be one day late with payment and they threaten you with default payment on your ITC record. Worst service ever.

Ryobi poor design
Wish I could rate a 0. Bought a Ryobi lawnmower RM145P. Used it for about 30 hours. Started getting white smoke. Checked air filter. Got dust past the filters now it has low compression. Can't exchange it or get a refund as it was bought at Builders but is too far from me in a different town.

No service
Wish I could give a zero as there is no service at all. Would be better suited to this company. No delivery and no refund for a month now. Be wary when doing business with them. Rather take the time and physically visit a local tyre shop.

SCAMMER
To anyone considering purchasing from this company, or should I call them scammers, please do not. They absolutely do not deliver. Only empty promises and when you ask for a refund, they just make more promises. You deal with Thomas Rundle who is a liar and a thief and you can only deal with him via Whatsapp. Please do not purchase from him. I will be laying a complaint at the Consumer Protector next week. Tired of dealing with this clown.
