I am extremely disappointed with the service received from Vox and Evotel.
I have now been without internet for 6 days, and despite numerous follow-ups, no one from Evotel has contacted me to resolve the issue. Vox continues to tell me that the fault has been escalated and that Evotel will contact me, but absolutely nothing happens.
The lack of communication and urgency is unacceptable, especially considering that I am paying for a service I am not receiving.
It makes one wonder how quickly services would be suspended if payment from the customer side was delayed, yet customers are expected to simply accept days without service.
At this stage, I would appreciate:
* Immediate resolution of the fault * Proper communication from Evotel * Compensation or account credit for the downtime
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
