Shifting installation dates for work already paid for by the customer .

All I can say is dont pay the full amount for work done by this company they make use of third parties to quote and install , initially they will promise you everything can be done the way you require only to find that they are unable to deliver what they say because their consultants in other areas are unavailable to do the work already agreed upon , I paid this company in full trusting the person I spoke to after seeing an ad on FB , once paid I must shift the installation dates to suit them , apparently their installer is away for the weekend and now all of a sudden actually doesn't work on Saturdays , You will have to phone them to make sure they do as agreed , no wonder they have a condition of sale that protects them from this type of unscrupulous business practice . They actually stipulate that no agreements or promises made outside the contract of sale eg dates of installation are binding on them - this is what happens when you support local business , atleast with retention of a portion of the monies the buyer has an amount of leverage , but with paying it all over to them you also sign over any rights as a consumer to professional service .
