DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

I Joined them in April 2023. All was well, Creditors were quiet. After 3 months of no payment to creditors i started getting calls. The communication from Exell is horrible. They always promise call back without any solutions to problems.Mongezeleli could never foward me the emails from creditors. I now am in the process of my vehicle being repossessed due to their **** service.!!!!!!! I am deeply hurt and feel ****med. OH and to top it all, when I phoned this morning to speak to him they told me he doesn't work there anymore. Left yesterday!!!! Everyone is in a meeting.
