Exel Fianace - DC company

Exel Finance is a Debt Review Company, that makes these huge claims of how they assist consumers in clearing their name, which is not true, they are a CPT based company , I have been continuosly calling to follow up on my application, The consultant that has been allocated to my Application by the name of Mongezeleli and his manager who has assigned him is John,

When you question Mongeleli the only thing he mostly communicates that he will get John to call you , and so called John is in meetings , i have sent numerous email still no response, they also supply you with Certificate of Balance and proposal, but on my bond proposal the Bank name does not appear just details of my account and what i should be paying , this is not kosher , there is no transparency

The consultant that they have are incompentent and managers make these claims that they are bust sorting these applications out are also not been honest and transparent.

Please be careful , as yet do not make contact with all your creditors, as I have experienced this first hand , and brought this to Mongezelili attention , he cannot answer me , it feels that you been a client you cannot question them.

Stay away from Exel Finance , as they do not seem professional
