Bad Service

I have been battling for as a 3rd party claimer to get some form of assistance or pay out from this company. My father who is a pensioner got driven into by one of their customers, Roxy Marosa over 4 months ago. i have completed all the documentation requested by them and all they did was send me from one person to another all requesting forms but with no response on whats happening. i am now dealing with Daphne Ntseare and emailing her constantly with no joy received on my end.
