I have tried to get some sort of technical support for 3 hours, constantly being transferred from one caller line to another only to wait in line and having to continuously punch in my ID and told by a machine that i have not done so. Please get that stupid machine working correctly if your company wants to work remotely or offer online services. All i was trying to do is change my cell number as the OPT is going to the incorrect one so that i can pay my account.
I have been battling for as a 3rd party claimer to get some form of assistance or pay out from this company. My father who is a pensioner got driven into by one of their customers, Roxy Marosa over 4 months ago. i have completed all the documentation requested by them and all they did was send me from one person to another all requesting forms but with no response on whats happening. i am now dealing with Daphne Ntseare and emailing her constantly with no joy received on my end. getting their consultants to update a statement is like asking them to do surgery as the following week still nothing has been done and i'm still getting their stupid sms daily.
Having had network issues for 2 days and logging numerous complaints with Cell C customer care, i finally took matter into my own hands and went to Cavendish Cell C Store, thanks to a very kind gentleman by the name of Jethro who assisted in fixing my issue. Thank you Jethro.
i have no network coverage for 2 days. i do all my business via this network and as this is not the first time i am having network issues it is becoming tiring to get it to work properly. i have tried calling the customer care line on 084140 which i found listed but the number does not exist. i am unable to to anything on the internet or even make or receive calls. this is unacceptable. who do i contact, i sent cell c an email and still awaiting a consultant to call me back.
the hygiene issues on the busses are a disgrace. there are cockroaches on the busses and making the journey very unsavoury. this is a service one pays for and the reason people commute with Golden Arrow is because its much safer than the taxis and trains. they rather pay more for their safety but the hygiene seems much more better on the trains. on the 2nd March passengers were too afraid to sit in the bus due to not wanting cockroaches crawl on them or into their bags and belongings. this needs to be seen to by Golden Arrow.
