Excella finance scammers

This company is a scam. I was approved a R100000 loan but was told I must pay legalization fee. I specifically asked if they would expect more money and I was told no. I paid the fee. I was told money should be in within the next hour. Then i received an sms saying i must pay another fee for my low credit score. I spoke to the apparent manager and he told me he'll try and get this other fee, but i must try on my side to also get money. I told him that was not what the agreed discussion was. I specifically asked and have all the conversation we had on whatsapp. I have all there information and I am disgusted in their dealings and wants my money back that i paid them. I am going to open a case should I not get my money back.
