This company is scammers. They steal your money from your app. Please be vigilant. They just tried it with me. The person's contact number 0646436923. Person's name: Pamela Moodley. They request your pin and take access of your banking app then steal all your money out of your account.

Company scamming me out of my money.
Its been months now and I still have not received my refund of R4500.00 from this company. I was told that I have to apologize on Hello Peter first before they will give me my money back. Is this even legal to say that to me? Can someone tell me what I can do about this scamming company? I will be reporting their apparent account details at capitec also. I have been too patient for too long.

Excella finance scammers
This company is a scam. I was approved a R100000 loan but was told I must pay legalization fee. I specifically asked if they would expect more money and I was told no. I paid the fee. I was told money should be in within the next hour. Then i received an sms saying i must pay another fee for my low credit score. I spoke to the apparent manager and he told me he'll try and get this other fee, but i must try on my side to also get money. I told him that was not what the agreed discussion was. I specifically asked and have all the conversation we had on whatsapp. I have all there information and I am disgusted in their dealings and wants my money back that i paid them. I am going to open a case should I not get my money back.

Bad service
I previously phoned for a paid up letter for my temporary loan that was paid off in last year july already. I was told to go to the branch. Today i come to the branch and am told to phone to request the letter. I phoned 3 times already within these past 2 hours. I was told i can only receive it with 2 days, which is by tuesday. I explained the urgency of it and was told that they'll put me through. Now, after the 3 try, i gave up. I am a private client that's been banking with fnb for 4 years now and i am very unhappy with the service i have been getting from fnb and will definitely be moving to another bank as soon as I can.
