Absolutely wonderful experience. Everyone was very helpful, made sure that every little aspect of the vehicle was as good as new and definitely went the extra mile to make buying my car as epic an experience as you would hope it to be. Will undoubtedly be back... Probably more than once! Thank you to the entire team at Car Sales Exclusive!

I am extremely disappointed. From the beginning the salesman, Jaco, was not true full. When i received the vehicle, I notice that the windscreen looked if it will fall out . I asked to cancel the purchase and use the funds to by better car. This car had so many problems and I had to return the vehicle to the dealership on a number of occasions . The salesman gave me the number of the previous owner. When i phoned her she gave me a different name and told me the windscreen had a crack and was replaced. (it was done very badly and the dealership agreed to have it fixed) Now comes the major event that resulted in a Complaint to th4e Ombudsman. I decided to get rid of the vehicle (at a small loss) and had it evaluated. I receive two shocking reports, MOST OF THE CAR WAS RESPRAYED and the was a finance agreement still in place. I reported this to Standard Bank Kimberley. I was totally mislead and want my funds back. Luckily I kept all the correspondence. The advert by the dealership state that all cars are of good quality. and the Road Worthy is issued immediately. i waited for more than 14 days !

I knowingly purchased a Cat D car from Gary Thomas personally - the purported owner of Exclusive Car Sales - on 14 Oct 2015. I did so in good faith and paid in full in cash. Within 24 hours I discovered that the extent of the damage done to the car was far more substantial than he had disclosed to me.
I discovered this the next day when a horrendous noise began to rapidly become noticeable as a result of faulty workmanship done to a part of the car that had not been disclosed as being damaged. An independent MOT centre pointed this out to me along with other undisclosed damage and made the requisite repair to the incorrectly fitted part that had caused the noise. The other damage remains as a latent defect in the car. I am now in a battle with Gary Thomas for the full refund I feel entitled to demand.
What he did was contrary to the Sale of Goods Act (1979) and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations (2008). He lied to me. The car was therefore not of the quality he had told me it was and that is simply neither right nor lawful.
Bottom line: DO NOT GO THERE!
[URL Removed]
