Red-flag caution to future customers

I had a very stressful, unprofessional and frustratingly poor service experience. The collection driver was 10 minutes late when I dropped off my car. This after I had to call their offices and the receptionist cut the call midway my sentence explaining the poor communication. On return, I followed due procedures by notifying them on time when I went through passport control. Yet, late in the evening, I (single lady) waited 25 minutes before my car was brought to me. On receipt the driver and my car was reeking of alcohol. I will never use their services again and I hope this review is a red-flag caution to potential customers.
