Happy Customer
Exclusive Pool Spa and Solar installed a pool heating system and solar blanket for us in September last year. Our water temperature has been above 30 degrees for the whole summer and we have never spent as time much time enjoying the swimming pool as we do now. The installation team was very knowledgeable and explained where we should position the solar panels for the best results. We now even swim during the evening and get so much more value out of our pool then we did before. Thank you Exclusive, you guys really did a great job!

Jacuzzi renovation
Exclusive Pool Heating did a fantastic job with the refurbishment of my old Jacuzzi. They installed new jets, pipes and a new pump system for my Jacuzzi and it’s now running better than it ever has before. The staff was professional and very helpful through the whole process. Best of all they got my Jacuzzi fixed up at a fraction of the price it would have cost to replace it. It’s rare to find a company with so much dedication to customer service and I can strongly recommend them.

Best service ever!
I had a pool solar heating system installed by Exclusive Jacuzzi around 7 years ago. I recently picked up a small leak on one of the connections. I contacted Exclusive and they had their team on site the next morning and problem was sorted. To my surprise they didn't even charge a call out fee and said that the system is still covered under their 12 year guarantee. Thank you guys for the great service and for standing by your promises.

Best service ever!
I had a pool solar heating system installed by Exclusive Jacuzzi around 7 years ago. I recently picked up a small leak on one of the connections. These guys really know their stuff
Excellent service and commitment from the team at Exclusive Jacuzzi. They installed a solar heating system for my Jacuzzi to help bring down the electrical cost and it has made such a difference. My Jacuzzi heats up faster than ever before and has saved me a good amount on running costs. They also identified a problem on my pump system which I wasn't even aware of and now have bubbles that I didn't know my Jacuzzi could make. Excellent communication as well from Rudi and Vanessa. Thank you so much guys for the help and professionalism!

Quick to take your money, then the excuses start, Have been trying to arrange and get hold of Rudi Pretorius who on the day, that the install was confirmed for has his phone switched off. Office phone goes unanswered and the cell phones have been turned off. my recommendation to all is stay away from this company.
