Quick to take your money, then the excuses start, Have been trying to arrange and get hold of Rudi Pretorius who on the day, that the install was confirmed for has his phone switched off. Office phone goes unanswered and the cell phones have been turned off. My recommendation to all is stay away from this company.

So Sandra makes promises that are not responded to. Beware all they are doing is ticking a box that they are addressing issues. Still have to pending case numbers with them and no response. I've sent an action item to home owners association to look at canceling there entire contract. If i was use stay away and try a new provider. 2 Case numbers 3 - 4 weeks and counting with no response from Supersonic Reference number one : ISP-174968 Reference number two: CAS-106448-Q3N1B3
The worst service I have ever received from any company. I have an active reference number with Supersonic and they failed to update on the progress of it. I also require a technician to come out to our property after waiting on the phone for two days with to our phone calls each and Low and behold still no reference number. Supersonic is quick to take your money and call you and send you invoices when your on a debit order.
