Please post everywhere that these guys are scammers. Ordered shoes a month ago and I still haven’t received anything. They don’t respond to any emails. On whatsapp they only respond until you deposit the money after that you will be ignored. Please take care of your pockets guys.

Exclusive sneakers is a SCAM!!
This is a complete scam. I’ve ordered sneakers months ago and til this day I am still waiting for them to be delivered. They have failed to respond to my calls, WhatsApp texts and the email address they have on their website does not work. I’ve been sent from pillar to post but even so there’s still no fruit to bear. The only time they are willing to talk to me is when one of their guys is pleading to me to have his Capitec bank account unblocked/opened as I have since reported them. Exclusive Sneakers SA are a Scam!! Also now known as Sneakers Exclusive on Instagram
I ordered shoes from these people in May 2021. They lied and said they had my size but delivered a wrong size and I returned it. they the started ignoring me with regards to sending me the correct size, they gave excuses about their suppliers being late with their stock and refused to refund me as they do not do refunds. I even told them to then rather give me a different pair of shoes that amounts to the initial pair I wanted but they just ignored me. its 6months later and still no delivery of my shoe. They will ignore calls, sms on instagram and even emails. They have now even changed their account on instagram because people are tired of them. I will not rest until I expose them. They will Close Shop!!

Worst sneaker business in South Africa
Absolutely terrible. I placed an order on Tuesday 21 September 2021 and was told my package will be delivered Tuesday 28 September 2021.It is currently 7 October 2021 and I still have no package. To add to this I was told my one of their representatives yesterday the 6th that it will and I quote "DEFINITELY" be delivered today.

Worst sneaker business in South Africa

I would give negative stars if I could. Worst service I have received with no explanation never mind communication. I have reported it to Yoco payment service and still no communication. I believe this to be a scam and will continue to try and get a refund.

Scam
I ordered sneakers on the 7th July 2021 Today is the 03 August 2021 I have not received feedback regarding delivery. When I contact them I was told I’d receive my parcel the same week 2 weeks later I contacted them again I have received feedback,they refused to refund me I’m starting to think that it’s a scam
