Do NOT use Excuss Logistics if you value your possessions

Please do NOT use this company.

My family were moving provinces and we specifically asked for our own truck as we didn't want our things mixed with other people's belongings. We were charged a large amount which we were fine with. However, they still put our belongings with other people's belongings. That's the first issue.

Secondly, when we did get our belongings: 1. They didn't give us all our things. Some important items were never received. 2. Some of our things were broken, including furniture, dishes, glasses, ornamental items. When we reported it we were asked to take pictures so that they can see where the damage is and how they can get those fixed or replace. They never got back to us even after countless communication from my family's side.

They are the worst. Do not use them if you value your hard-earned money and personal property. Very unprofessional way of operating a business.
