<div>I am extremely disappointed and deeply concerned about my experience with Execu-Move regarding my international shipment from South Africa to the Isle of Man.</div><div><br></div><div>My goods were collected from Stor-Age in Cape Town on 1 July 2025, and since then I have received no clear information about where my belongings are, whether they ever left South Africa, or if they are even still in the company’s possession.</div><div><br></div><div>Over the last six months, I have emailed and called repeatedly. Each time, I have been met with vague promises, shifting explanations, and excuses ranging from “silly season” to “staff being stolen by the UK counterparts.” Not once have I received the shipping manifest, onboard confirmation, tracking details, or even a concrete update about the container’s location.</div><div><br></div><div>The entire email history shows endless delays, repeated assurances that updates would follow “soonest,” and constant follow-ups from my side—yet NO ACTUAL INFORMATION has ever been provided.</div><div><br></div><div>At this point, it appears that Execu-Move either:</div><div><br></div><div>Cannot account for my shipment,</div><div><br></div><div>Has lost track of my belongings, or</div><div><br></div><div>Is withholding information about where my goods actually are.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>This level of negligence is unacceptable. I entrusted Execu-Move with my household belongings, paid in full, and gave all requested documents immediately—including multiple copies of my passport when asked. I have complied with every requirement, yet I still do not know whether my goods are even on a vessel, at a port, or sitting forgotten in a warehouse.</div><div><br></div><div>The anxiety and stress caused by this incompetence is immense. These items include personal belongings, sentimental items, and valuables collected over many years. To be left in the dark for half a year is beyond unprofessional—it feels like my goods have gone missing.</div><div><br></div><div>I am demanding immediate clarity:</div><div><br></div><div>1. Exact location of my shipment</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>2. Proof that it was loaded onto a vessel</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>3. The official manifest</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>4. Estimated arrival date</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>5. Name of the UK handling agent</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>6. Explanation for the months of silence and excuses</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>If Execu-Move cannot provide these details immediately, I will pursue this further through consumer protection channels, insurance, and legal advice.</div><div><br></div><div>This complaint is being posted publicly so other customers can be aware of the severe risks when entrusting their belongings to Execu-Move.
