Lack of accountability
This company damaged our carpets and refused to take responsibility and blamed our housekeeper. They said it's not their machine, not sure what machine they think our housekeeper used to damage the carpet. Their staff covered the damage up and our housekeeper brought it to our attention two days after Execudry was in our home.

07 Feb 2022, 15:13 EXECUDRY in response to Ms Hicks would like to put on record. We responded immediately to her complaint. At no time did we ever blame her housekeeper. Our German machines cannot in any way whatsoever do the damage she is claiming, 3 small verticle cuts of approx 8-10 cm x 4 cm. We arranged to come out to meet with her and inspect the damage the next morning which I did. She, on the other hand, did not bother to be there. I suspect it could have come from her excercise bike which stood very near by it. (this bike was not there when we cleaned the carpet and was assembeled after we left the premises). The domestic worker who stood there admitted to me that when the job was finished she did not notice any anything, she only noticed the small cuts two days later when she came to vacuum the carpet. I tried to explain this in a polite manner to Ms Hicks but she refused to listen to me and put down the phone before i even start to present my point to her. We have cleaned her carpets many times before to her satisfaction. I can prove not our machines nor my guys could have caused any damage to her carpet but she is adamant not to talk or to meet with me but instead spreading false accusations. According to her records on Hello Peter she seems to spend alot of time complaining about various services, true or not, it shows a trend of a person and this time we are the victims.
