I received an SMS saying our issue is closed for a reference which is not ours? The latest statement does not reflect the incorrect charge anymore, which is great, BUT Vodacom has still not refunded us R824.78 for incorrect charges as far back as our October 2025 statement. Vodacom, this is the third time we are posting about this issue, when will you refund or credit our account!
Vodacom has done it again, now the fourth month in a row but wait the cost has now doubled. Last month I reported the overcharge on my account, after I had already reported it Vodacom at The Winnie Mandela Precinct with zero response, just another overcharge! I think it's time to cancel my contract and then I have control of what is debited off my account. UNBELIEVABLE VODACOM, well done!
I have received a charge on my invoice from Vodacom which I have no control over for something called Baseplay Max. Firstly I have never subscribed to this and secondly have no idea what it is. Even gong into Vodacom at Winnie Mandela Precinct in October to query this, Vodacom charges me again in November. To me this is *****!
We were collected from ORT on the 19th December by a driver from Bolt. This driver whose details I have ran out of petrol on the NI Western Bypass, Buccleuch Interchange leaving us stranded, and venerable. It was after 17h00 and the driver was not fami**** with the area, promptly left us in the car in search for petrol. He represents Bolt and this needs to be addressed. Bolt was not interested and offered us R15.00 discount!
After receiving a call from Lewis stores and guaranteeing that I would never receive another call from their attorneys looking for money owed to them from a previous employee of ours, their Cape Town based attorneys rang me again on the 27th December asking for money from this person............so much for communicating to all their suppliers!
I have emailed, called numerous times to inform Mercedes Benz that I no longer drive a Merc and still today I continue to receive information on my service proposal, this is so frustrating and annoying!
This company refuses to accept that they have the wrong number for a debt for another person and their lawyers refuse to acknowledge that the mobile number is mine and continue to call, leave messages even though my message says it me!!!!!
How frustrating, we had buy another machine as our broke and being an older model it could not be fixed, no problem but it's been over two weeks and they have still not collected the old machine. We ordered capsules hoping that they would collect and the guy said he knew nothing about it and left it behind.
Firstly the new look is amazing, slick and professional. We dealt with an amazing lady, Murendeni, what and asset for FNB Bryanston Shopping Center. She was helpful, polite, professional and a pleasure to engage with her during our visit.
How is a citizen suppose to report a water leak when no one answers the phone? Phoning daily is just not the answer!
