I had my dads 2012 Hyundai Elantra 1.8GLS vehicle traded-in at Executive-Auto in Vereeniging on the 18th July 2019, the vehicle license expired on the 31st July 2019 and on the 29th August 2019 the sales person Johan contacted us saying that we are liable to go and pay for this vehicle license as the vehicle is still on my name, I refused to pay as the vehicle was not in my procession at the time of the license being expired.
Up to this day 25th September 2019 the vehicle license has still not been paid and the vehicle is still in my dads name after the dealership have settle the settlement amount of the vehicle with the bank.
Is this how they provide customer service...?
Please advise?
