What a pleasant experience dealing with Executive Auto in particular Adele Rorke. What make the deal so exceptional special is that the deal was conducted over a distance without seeing or test driving the vehicle in advance. Except for seeing the vehicle on photos I needed to rely heavily on Adele for information as regards to the car's appearance and performance. Her friendly and prompt responses and test driving the vehicle on my behalf enable me to form a realistic picture of what I can expect. I just want to thank Adele for her professional and friendly service. It has been a real pleasure dealing with Executive Auto.

Trevor Pretorius - Sales Executive treated me with friendliness and excellent product knowledge. Administration was proficient, effective and quick. My dad's car has been at executive auto spray in welkom, since 23 November 2019 till date. We received a call 1st week January 2021 for collection, upon arrival the car was not ready. The bull bar and bumper are not fixed. Till date (16 February 2021) we keep phoning the panel beaters with no luck. The car(Ford Ranger) is still not being fixed. 1. How do u call a client to say the car is ready, only to find out the items are not fixed. 2. Does it take a whole month to fix a bumper and bull bar? 3. Why are they not communicating with us a client's, we keep calling but the answers are different from each consultant we get hold of. The service rendered is very poor. 3 months now, the car is still not fixed but the insurance paid the claim.. The kingPrice insurance till date are refusing to pay the extras of The car which were insured. We requested for the call to be listened to, it's 3 weeks now with no feedback. Yesterday I called and all of a sudden the IT can not find the callers telephone conversations on their system....

I had my dads 2012 Hyundai Elantra 1.8GLS vehicle traded-in at Executive-Auto in Vereeniging on the 18th July 2019, the vehicle license expired on the 31st July 2019 and on the 29th August 2019 the sales person Johan contacted us saying that we are liable to go and pay for this vehicle license as the vehicle is still on my name, I refused to pay as the vehicle was not in my procession at the time of the license being expired. Up to this day 25th September 2019 the vehicle license has still not been paid and the vehicle is still in my dads name after the dealership have settle the settlement amount of the vehicle with the bank. Is this how they provide customer service...? Please advise?

I just want to say the saleslady with the name Welma are by far the rudest person I came accross in my life, I was interested in a vehicle until I heard her speaking over the phone because the roadworthy centre failed their vehicle for brakes and she didn't like that at all which make me wonder what type of vehicles do they sell and I will never buy from that place if that is how honest people is treated. Great thanx to that honest testing centre for not putting innocent lifes at risk, I take my hat down for you if I could only know who you guys are. Lady you are a disgrace to humankind.
