Vodacom store Vaal mall Vanderbijlpark
Vodacom in Vaal mall, Vanderbijlpark Very rude and unhelpful staff and by that I mean all of them from the Afrikaans guy meeting you at the door till the English ladies behind the desks telling a client it's not their work to assist a client but when you called earlier the day the tell you to come to their shop, if I were your boss and knew this I would have fired the whole lot from that store and appoint people who want to work and have manners and is professional, as people like you with absolute no respect for any client is breaking down any image of a business. Then the lady that says she is only there to sit and look pretty can go sit at home and give someone else a chance to earn income who deserve to be there. If there were less stars to give it would have been better because that whole store deserve a zero rating.

Stonehaven is the best in the Vaal.
The best place to spend a Saturday afternoon, having lunch overlooking the Vaal river. With a great variety of food and drinks to choose from it's by far the best place to be, whenever we visit we always have the best waiter (Bobbie) here and she knows us by now and is always very friendly and helpful. Will return there every time. Keep it up.

*****ing and swearing driver in Sasolburg
Worst experience ever, ordered food on 18/07/2023, never got my delivery send them emails, situation not resolved as they cover that type of behaviour, money got ****** by mr D and I got sweared a by the delivery guy called Longani. Boikot this people.

Terms and condition not fully disclosed to clients.
Worse service ever, Be carefull upon making any bookings with this company as they don't disclose all factors a per terms and conditions and even if you take the cancellation option and pay extra for it, they won't refund anything as they claim to be a 3rd party company but nowhere in their terms and conditions it's declared. When calling and asked they can't assist nor properly speak english and can't provide any proper answers. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY ONLY TAKE MONEY.

Correction of review
The reviev was made by me without thinking it through as I could have taken other steps to handle the problem with the vehicle issues in a less negative manner as I acted out of anger and great dissapointment. Ultimate auto and all of their sales people are honest and people with great integrity and will go the extra mile in helping people buying vehicles. Upon going into the matter it was discovered that Ultimate Auto can't take the blame for damages and information that was not disclosed to them by the previous owners, at no stage were they informed that the vehicle they sold to me had a accident previously, they are people with integrity and are selling good 2nd hand vehicles as far as their knowledge on all vehicles go. After mr Human made contact with me and all the issues were discussed and it became clear that Ultimate Auto is really innocent and had no idea of previous problems. But like I told mr Human a week ago as well as today the can not take responsibility for things they did not know about and as all of us know when buying a 2nd hand vehicle there will always be risks involves as not every person trading in a vehicle have the honesty to inform a dealer of previous problems and repairs and this dealership doesn't have their own mechanical workshop nor the background to forseen any problems. The responsibillity lies with the testing station to test a vehicle properly for roadworthiness as they declare a vehicle to be in good shape. To be honest Ultimate auto is one of a very few dealers that will actually go out and resolve issues brought to their attention and like I did in the past I will still refer clients to them and I will carry on doing it in the future as well as I know of people I refered to them buying vehicles and have absolutely no problems with that vehicles at all. And I believe their word can be taken when dealing with them.

Friendly service, helpfull staff, give you all the information you need prior on purchasing a vehicle, do follow up calls to check whether you are happy with the vehicle purchased as well as service given by them and they go out of their way to accommodate you as a client.

Swearing saleslady
I just want to say the saleslady with the name Welma are by far the rudest person I came accross in my life, I was interested in a vehicle until I heard her speaking over the phone because the roadworthy centre failed their vehicle for brakes and she didn't like that at all which make me wonder what type of vehicles do they sell and I will never buy from that place if that is how honest people is treated. Great thanx to that honest testing centre for not putting innocent lifes at risk, I take my hat down for you if I could only know who you guys are. Lady you are a disgrace to humankind.

Selling accident damaged vehicles
Stay as far away as possible, bought a vehicle, had problems with it from the start, when it was brought under their attention the sales person Arno Human had a lot of storirs to repair, even though it is still under their guarantee. Took the vehicle to the agents only to be informed that the vehicle was in an accident a few weeks before and the whole suspension was damaged and had to be replaced, after going back to them they blame the testing station where the vehicle was tested for roadworthiness and after getting in contact with the testing station they say the dealer refuse to accept when a vehicle has problems and refuse to take responsibility for the vehicle sold by them, the owner Mr Human and his wife are very rude and only assist when you want to buy and they want to make money out of peoplebut the after sales is worse than most places I have seen in my life. This bakkie I purchased wasn't even worth halve the price I had to pay for it, this place is a disgrace.

Great second hand vehicles and service.
Purchased a second hand vehicle from them a while ago and after driving it for a while I can honestly say out of every vehicle I took for a test drive from different dealerships in vanderbijlpark and vereeniging these guys treated me excellent as their client from calling them to actually meeting Danie and his dad and their honesty is a great bonus as they told me the vehicle need new tyres as they don't believe in delivering a vehicle not meeting standards which is great they fitted my vehicle with 4 brand new tyres and even filled my fuel tank completely. There is no better dealer in vereeniging than these guys, they really set the standards for all dealers which I can honestly say nobody will get close to that.

Rude lady
Nice cars but the afrikaans speaking lady working there has no manners and talk to people as if they are below her standards and doing you a favour to attend to you. She is unhelpfull, very rude and has no client service experience, I would rather pay R20 000 for a vehicle than to return there. She is a disgrace for that company. If she was working for me she would have been fired long time ago because there is no place for people like that. Your boss must be very ashamed of you.
