I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Ultimate Auto. I purchased a car from them that they claim was AA approved and in good condition, but the problems started the very next day after a got the vehicle. Since then, the car has cost me a lot of money in repairs, and I barely had the chance to use it. I have sent numerous messages and even an official complaint email, but no one from management or the owner has bothered to respond. the lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. There cars are clearly not reliable, and I believe they are misleading customers by claiming that their vehicles are AA approved when many would not pass a proper inspection again. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE WHEN LOOKING FOR A TRUSTWORTH VEHICLE OR HONEST SERVICE.

we bought a vehicle last year May 2022. The car was not in good condition. The reverse light, rear light, canopy light was not working. The car was shaking due to shafts, the gears were malfunctioning. Since I bought the car from them, I spend approximately R100000.00 to fix the car. The car is still giving me problems.

Bought a Ford Ranger from Ultimate Auto in September 2021.Long story short. When Ford removed the engine the engine number did not match the number on the AA warrentee policy. I am far from done with this company. The owners response was bring your lawyers, we are not scared of any lawyers

Can i just say this Dealership is absolutely the best by far i have recieved the best service and felt so welcome when i walked in there thank you to everyone at Ultimate Auto Vanderbijlpark for making my first car buying experience amazing!

Very bad experience, bought a Pajero and had to take it back for several repairs, stood at the one place for 2 weeks before they found the fault. Once home on further inspection on the repaired radiator and intercooler the pipes and connections were either loose or broken. I also don't know how the car went through roadworthy as one of the break lights weren't working!? We decided to return the car as new problems and repairs were required. The owner avoided us like the plague. His wife was tasked to deal with us regarding the return of the Pajero. We asked for a summary of how she arrived at the refined amount which we never received. The salesman, M****ll tried to assist but that was not successfully. I paid R71,800 cash for the shortfall between the trade a in (Jeep) and the Pajero. Except for waiting a full week for the refund I was only paid R64,900 a shortfall of R6,900 which I still don't know how its made up. I will definately not recommend this company to anyone. Let sbitter taste in my mouth.
