My dad's car has been at executive auto spray in welkom, since 23 November 2019 till date. We received a call 1st week January 2021 for collection, upon arrival the car was not ready. The bull bar and bumper are not fixed. Till date (16 February 2021) we keep phoning the panel beaters with no luck. The car(Ford Ranger) is still not being fixed. 1. How do u call a client to say the car is ready, only to find out the items are not fixed. 2. Does it take a whole month to fix a bumper and bull bar? 3. Why are they not communicating with us a client's, we keep calling but the answers are different from each consultant we get hold of. The service rendered is very poor. 3 months now, the car is still not fixed but the insurance paid the claim.. The kingPrice insurance till date are refusing to pay the extras of The car which were insured. We requested for the call to be listened to, it's 3 weeks now with no feedback. Yesterday I called and all of a sudden the IT can not find the callers telephone conversations on their system....
