We received your application regarding the advertised Customer Service Consultant Staff Vacancy and we apologize for the late response as we have been waiting on the new openings.

We would like to inform you that we now have a right position suitable for you to be filled within this month of June 2020 at a starting salary of R9550 per month plus benefits on a contract to permanent basis.

This full time position is available within a well known Telecommunications company which is authorized to operate during the lockdown and you will be working as a Customer Service Consultant under our Executive Recruitment Network. (ERN)

We're now finalizing the entire application process but before you join the company, your employers require a recent (not older than three months) full background check & screening on your profile as this is now a compulsory prior to the final job offer.

Kindly note that us as an agency, we do not provide this service.

There're a few companies providing this service and if you would like to do it yourself, please do so and send the proof of your background checks to:admin@executiverecruitmentnetwork.co.za by Friday 19th June 2020.

Once they receive your email, they will also contact us for your profile and recommendation.

Kindly also note that a small service fee for the background check & screening applies and this fee has to be covered by you (The Applicant) and it cannot be deducted from any of your salaries whatsoever.

At Inter Checks South Africa, We provide background checks and screening for major companies and individuals all over South Africa for employment and other purposes.

We received a recommendation from your Agency (Executive Recruitment Network) who also advised that you will be joining the company within this month of June 2020 and we now need to finalize the profile background checks and screening process and have results /outcomes report ready by Friday 19th June 2020.

If you want us to assist you with the process, kindly find the attached form of authorization.

Please read carefully,complete and send it back to us as soon as possible for processing.

We understand that you're a job seeker and since you have been recommended by Executive Recruitment Network, we will assist you on a fee of R320 as our service fee (which is a half price) as the normal fees is R640.

In the email, please confirm your full names,ID number, current address and your contact number.

And also confirm that you accept to pay a service fee of R320.

Once we receive your details and everything is in order, we will then start with the process and we will also forward our banking details for you to make a deposit or a transfer for the background and screening services.

Once finalized with the process, we will then forward the results/outcomes report to your agency and to you if required.

Kindly note that we don't have much time as the process could take up to 24 hours.

Any other information regarding your new job will be provided by your agency after receiving your background checks and screening report.
