No employee satisfaction

So Exl is a nice place to work at however the should also work on their employee satisfaction they don't care about you being sick going through mental situations. Their leadership should go for skills training as management and up is not doing anything for their employees you get paid a salary and that's it. No employee satisfaction and yet we are the people who does the work.
