Unprofessional way of recruiting and selfishness

I app**** at EXL then a lady called me in the morning inviting me to an interview and assessment, same day around 3pm a guy from exl called me inviting me to an interview I was confused I told the guy there was a lady called me in the morning inviting me to an interview he said it's ok then ended the call.after I spoke with the guy I received a reject email from exl I was confused I asked the lady who called me in the morning what is going on?she said she's going to check n get back to me,she didn't get back to me instead I received an email inviting me to an interview next day I guess the lady spoke with the guy who called me at 3pm let's just sent her an email to the interview then when she's here we'll say she doesn't qualify for the post we are recruiting for indeed I went there I found other people surprisingly they did group interviews you'll be interviewed infront of everyone which is very unprofessional that barely took five minutes and we were told we don't qualify for the post that they are recruiting for currently,my question is why did they called us knowing very well we don't qualify because on my cv they can see I don't have an experience for the current post I and others wasted our money to go there only to be told that,and most of us we borrowed the money to go there. Last week Thursday 17:55 I received an email from this exl company from a guy by the name siyanda molefe inviting me to an interview and assessment and I saw the email around 8pm and it was inviting me to come the next day which is Friday I started contacting people trying to find money when I noticed I can't find money I contacted siyanda molefe via WhatsApp ask him to reschedule Monday and he never responded till now mind you exl company when you apply it says you can communicate via WhatsApp if you have something to say but he's selfish enough not to respond to those WhatsApp messages while the company has given him that number and wifi definitely so that he can respond to people like us,you send me an email 17:55 you invite me to attend tomorrow where do you think I'll money for transport in such a short notice and you Unprofessional enough not to respond please exl must know siyanda molefe does not respond and he is unprofessional and other recruiters so many people complaining about the samething.I've decided to never apply to that company again never ever .
