Inaccurate information updates
I'm writing to escalate this matter. Despite multiple emails to Rofhiwa Phungo and Laura De Carvalho, my complaint about prescribed debts from DMC and NIMBLE remains unresolved. It's unacceptable that I've had to chase this for so long.
As per Section 126B and Regulation 19(6), these debts are prescribed and shouldn't be on my report. Both debts are prescribed and there's no contractual basis for them i have never made any acknowledgement, arrangements or any agreements with DMC and Nimble, Please investigate and remove it from my profile.
Remove these accounts immediately and provide written confirmation. If not, I'll escalate to the National Credit Regulator and/or seek legal action.
