I have never encountered such level of bad service. It is absolutely shocking that we as normal consumers need to have this level of bad service from Experian. You try calling them no answer, you mail them no reply, i have been struggling with a dispute since January. So the documents after numerous ohone calls , finally reached their complaints department, only to get a automated reply that the process takes 21 business days. I am sorry to say but i as a business owner would have to close my business if a customer/ consumer had to get that type if reply. This is most likely the worst company in SA to deal with. Experian you need to get your act together, you as a company are one of the least trusted companies and is making normal consumers battle to get credit due to your incompetence.
