After 5 days all stains were back just worse
Looked clean when they left and 5 days later all stains were back in the carpet just darker and worse. Called and complaint to an unfriendly person who then agreed a date and time to come and inspect. I made a plan to be there. Nobody showed up or called. No follow up, nothing. I had to pay upfront, so now have to pay someone else to do the same thing. DO NOT USE this company!

Worst service ever.
<p>I would not recomend these guys to anyone, As I had to gome early from work with my wife in a panic state.</p> <p>They where scaring our cats and one of the guys who was cleaning kick one of our cats.</p> <p>I also had to come home to broken stuff, as we just moved in to the garden cotage.</p> <p>Our mattress was soaking wet on the one side and our bedding was thrown one side completely soaking wet.</p> <p>On top of that they will give my wife attitude infront of me.</p> <p>They do not respect your stuff or respect you, I am really disapointed in them.</p>

Great service
My carpet needed to be cleaned. It was a basic wash but not rinsed. I needed it to be rinsed for hypoallergenic reasons, which was done. Great service.

NEVER USE EXPERT CARPET CLEANING!!!!!!
Book them to clean my carpets and told them there are stains on carpet, don't worry you booked the deep clean!!! Ask if they can clean my Afgan carpet - no problem even sent me an extra invoice. On the day I got a phone call, saying they google \how to clean a Afgan "and they can\""t do it. Got my money back for that. When I saw the pink carpets what was beige prior to the deep clean"
