I want my flat to be converted to prepaid electricity. I paid on the 27th July 2021 and guess what it is still not done. There has been zero response after my many follow-ups. They do not care. I'm left to do my own follow-ups with a 3rd party provider. I have never gotten a half-decent service from Nonto Mndaba and/or Lisa van Vuuren. I'll be selling my flat soon
I had bought tickets to Summer Jazz at NIROX - Unlocking the Keys! I took out refund insurance. I'm unable to attend due to traveling. I had requested for my refund to be reviewed and 50% refund was received. Not happy at all. There has been no correspondence by the organizer to give feedback on my refund request. I would rather have my tickets back.
I have lived at the complex that Angor manages for 8 years and the non existent level of competence is shocking! I have tried to arrange an additional remote for my tenant and WOW, I still have not gotten my additional remote. I had sent an email notifying Nonto and Lisa that I’m moving out and for additional remote. After alot of back and forth because it seems like they do not know their own processes, Cobus Saunders throws insults and talked to me in a deeming tone. None of these people mentioned above cared follow nor detail the correct process. I’m told that I lost my second remote and when I asked for any record of the “missing” remote, nothing!!! Its quite clear that they have no record of the second remote issued. They care less!!! After being told by Nonto to contact Rocky after multiple follow ups, I spoke to Nicky saying that we are not allowed to contact them. Angor should facilitate the whole process because they had issues before where the correct was NOT followed. Since then, It has been a ping pong match between Cobus Saunderson. He is incredibly incompetent, a liar and deeming and the very least professional. It boggles my mind why he has been long-standing as 1 of the trustees. All I wanted was to arrange an additional remote for my tenant and I’m still waiting after 6 weeks of my initial request. I know I’m not the 1st one to have this issue about a remote.
This is one of these fraudulent companies debiting R99.99 from unsuspecting clients. She was rude and unhelpful and refused to provide company registration number. My banking details have been compromised and I will take this further with the courts. <br> <br> Lazy people taking hard earned money. These companies must be stopped!!!<br> The contact number that was given is 031 823 5016.
Full payment of R30500 was made for a tombstone. No feedback, no response, no delivery after 3 months. Fraud
I had not had any feedback or response from Anton Snyman since I forwarded documents requested. not even the manager has responded, Janine Du Toit.
My carpet needed to be cleaned. It was a basic wash but not rinsed. I needed it to be rinsed for hypoallergenic reasons, which was done. Great service.
I paid R24000 to repair my car for an accident that wasn't my fault. I'm only paid R9300 for the cost yet the person who was at fault had no issues with their car being repaired.
I was involved in an accident which I had no fault in. The insurance company is only paying 16,6 % of the total cost of the damage after waiting 6 weeks for a resolution. Ridiculous!
I request a document with no luck. No response, no feedback, no contact numbers. FRAUD. Payment was made but not reversed.
