When I called Joel so that they can come and fix it he stopped taking my calls and also ignored my whatsapp messages after initially promising immediate follow up service. They insisted on me paying them immediately after the repair. 2 days later the technician returned with a part which may solve my problem. Time will tell. Do not use them.
