Expert Appliance Repairs are *******

O 15 October 2024 we had an AEG combi oven that need repairing. I googled places that could do this work. I found an impressive site for Expert Appliance Repairs (Pty) Ltd, co reg 2022/658282/07. Director Lessie Joel Manzi, passport 0661308. His contact number is 0711001281. I got hold of him. He removed the oven and apparently went to AEG to get the part. After weeks of asking what the progress of the repairs were, and endless excuses from Joel, I contacted AEG directly and they told me that the part was not available as that model had been discontinued. I relayed this to Joel who then disputed the fact. On 12 November 2024 he sent me a message saying that there was a delay in repaying me but payment will be done on that day.
