Warning – ****mers Do not use this company under any circumstances – this is a ****ster’s website. They are full of promises and lies that never materialize. The first attempted repair on the 26th June they used a second-hand part which they claimed was a new part that they stripped of one of their other customers washing machines that they had repaired and was awaiting delivery – it was not the correct part and the washing machine went into a never ending cycle. I messaged them on the 28th June that the washing machine was no working correctly. They did not respond to the message. I needed to follow up on the 2nd July – they messaged back that they had ordered the part. I had to continue messaging them through to the 5th July to query the status of the part. The eventually called on the 6th July saying they would be there at 5 o’clock in the evening. They did not arrive at the promised time. I called them back with no answer – the only way I managed to get through to them was blocking my callerid. It was another excuse that their car had broken down. Needless to say they arrived eventually at around 7:30 pm with an incorrect part again. The fitted part had the same issue of the first part with the SpeedQueen washing machine going into a never-ending cycle. They requested my old part which they took away with them saying they needed it to order the correct part. They promised to be here on Monday 8th July by 1 o’clock. They never arrived and have not been back since. I contacted them and they said they were awaiting the arrival of the part from the agent. Expert Appliance Repair claimed the part needed to come from Cape Town and sending me obviously a fictious message purported from the Speed Queen agent. I took it upon myself to find out who the Speed Queen agent was and called them with the serial number of the washing machine. I was informed by the spares department the part was in stock. Again I called to query when my washing machine was to be fixed and return to service. Another excuse together with an image claiming his technician had been in an accident. This turned out to be another lie. This horrific image he sent (link to image that was sent Search (bing.com) turned out to be an image from the Congo War. I called him to uncover his lies only to be met another lie that his technician had sent him the image. I have not heard from them since and the washing machine remains unrepaired as of the 22nd July
