We placed a print order with Express Print for completion by an agreed deadline in December. That deadline was missed without proper communication. Several days after the agreed date, we were informed that the order was “ready.” Because the deadline had already passed and we were out of town, we requested that the items be kept until our return in January. When we returned in January, we were informed that the products had never been printed at all. There had been no prior communication advising us of this. This directly contradicts what we were previously told and constitutes misleading information regarding the status of a paid order. We immediately requested a refund. We were advised that the refund would be processed within 3 to 5 business days. That timeframe passed without payment. Despite weekly follow-up emails and WhatsApp messages throughout January and into February, no refund has been processed and no valid explanation has been provided. I then attended the store in person in an attempt to resolve the matter. I was informed that there was no one available who could assist me and no resolution was offered. After eventually managing to contact the store owner directly, the situation escalated further. While maintaining a calm and professional tone, I was met with verbal aggression. The owner began swearing at me and stated that I should not speak to him “like I work with him every day.” He then told me to “**** off” and stated that I would get my “****ing money when he gets it.” The swearing continued beyond this point. This matter involves failure to meet an agreed deadline, provision of misleading information regarding the order status, failure to deliver paid services, failure to process a refund within the promised timeframe, repeated ignored communication, refusal to provide assistance in person, and verbal abuse from the business owner. This conduct is unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. Consumers are entitled to services paid for, accurate communication, and refunds within reasonable and promised timeframes. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Express Print.

Most shocking, arrogant behaviour I have ever encountered. Stan answered incoherently so I asked who I was speaking to and he told me I was rude to ask. I had to confirm that he had actually said that. I then told him that in an earlier call today one of their other employees had answered "Hello" and I had to ask who I was speaking to. So he put the phone down on me. I tried to call back and he didn't answer. I have experienced bad service from them before. Thought things may have changed. Never again.

0 Stars - Poor Quality DTF Printing, Missing Items, Refused Refund, and Leadership who deflects taking responsibility. As a professional graphic designer with 10+ years in print production, I cannot recommend this facility. I've attempted to use their services three times, and each experience was disappointing. This business operates under multiple names from the same Rivonia location, including Express Print South Africa, Sameday Print, Boldmedia Group, DTF Print South Africa, Rush My Prints, Sameday Embroidery, T-Shirt Hub, Signs And Print Shops, Overnight Printing, Webprinter South Africa, and Purple Reign Business Solutions. https://expressprint.co.za https://samedayprint.co.za https://boldmediagroup.africa https://boldmediasignage.co.za https://dtfprint.co.za https://rushmyprints.co.za https://samedayembroidery.co.za https://signsandprintshops.co.za https://overnightprinting.co.za https://webprintersa.co.za https://purplereign.co.za https://t-shirthub.boldmediagroup.co.za Quality Issues: Despite providing professionally prepared CMYK files, the Direct-to-Film (DTF) prints consistently had problems: excessive yellow or blue colour shifts, misaligned printing, and jagged white borders around black print edges. These are basic quality standards that should be met. Unfulfilled Order: For the most recent order, I paid for 8 prints but only received 6. When I requested a refund for the missing items, management (Stanley Ncube) refused a cash refund, stating that missing prints are "not unusual" and "not the end of the world." Instead, I was offered store credit, forcing me to spend more money with a provider that fails to deliver. Bottom Line: Three attempts, three failures. Missing items with no accountability. If you value quality print work and reliable service, I recommend looking elsewhere.
