Arrogant man. Thinks he's more important than clients.
Most shocking, arrogant behaviour I have ever encountered. Stan answered incoherently so I asked who I was speaking to and he told me I was rude to ask. I had to confirm that he had actually said that. I then told him that in an earlier call today one of their other employees had answered "Hello" and I had to ask who I was speaking to. So he put the phone down on me. I tried to call back and he didn't answer. I have experienced bad service from them before. Thought things may have changed. Never again.0 replies
