Dreadful service. Destroyed machine. Now avoiding me!

Absolutely dreadful service! Constantly did not arrive for scheduled appointments and did pitch up unexpectedly when it was not convenient. A simple repair job on the rowing machine strap turned into a major service and they completely broke the entire machine. They exposed my personal details to another customer who then called me to complain about the terrible service she too was receiving. My machine is totally broken and unusable. I cannot get them to come back or to refund my money - they will not respond to any form of communication.
