Possible fraud from the company Express Treadmill Services in Durban

I've had and still have a problem with this company . I got their advert off Gumtree. Express Treadmill Services in Durban. They replaced a pc board on my treadmill early Dec. I was given a three mth guarantee on the pc board. Soon after the repair, the treadmill was still faulty.. The technician did come to repair the fault. Soon thereafter the SAME problem arose. I have tried calling the manger of the Company dozens of times,the phone just rings. I've sent numerous emails to which I had no response . Eventually around mid January we manage to contact the manager. An appointment was logged for 31 January 2018 for the followup repairs!!!!! To date nobody has arrived!!!!!! The company was paid the full amt for the repairs. The 3 mth guarantee is almost over . I still sit with a treadmill that I cannot use and I have been *****ed over for R5187.00. I have all the proof of the emails sent etc Please help Kind regards Charmain
