Extramarks was recommended by FNB and their reward program ebucks. They have however deactivated some of their packages, but have not stated this anywhere on their website, nor have they deactivated the payments linked to the same packages. The payment is "successful" according to payfast and the bank, but an error then appears when trying to activate the product purchased. Disappointment for teenagers trying to make use of this service over the holidays.

The worst after sales service you will ever get. I signed up for digital learning with them, on the contract it says every 3 months they will update the software and they never do. When I signed up I was told that they will be adding more subject within the year, it's been 3 years now and nothing. When you call them to lodge a fault it takes them over a week to come sort it out. I spoke and emailed Tanay the MD of that company several times and he never responded to the emails or calls. The content doesn't even do what is explained in the presentation, no support, no proper training offered and the videos have an Indian accent. The spelling is wrong in the English content. When you complain you will never get assistance from the company, when I googled the company I saw that in India people are also complaining about the same issues and the employees are not happy. They are not even investigating in our youth here in south Africa to do the content.
