<div>Iam soo disappointed at this company, appalling customer service I place an order on the 12th, was told it will take 5 to10 days... received no contact or update with regards to my order.I had to follow follow up myself only to be told the item has been sold out since December .This is beyond disappointing. I HOPE REFUNDING ME WILL BE A SWIFT PROCESS . Iam never ordering here again.</div>

We do add that we will be checking stock first. And we did indeed let you know that the stock was sold out. The refund has already been done.

However let's clarify the message above about "me tellin you i would wait "is untrue, and I have all the whatsap conversations as proof ,our interaction never got to that point. Please correct this statement.
I followed up about my order only then was I made aware of the unavailability of stock (10 day later) and given the option for a refund or choose something else ,I chose the former, all this happened the day I inquired about my order there was no prior communication, there was no point where I said I would wait.
However let's clarify the message above about "me tellin you i would wait "is untrue, and I have all the whatsap conversations as proof ,our interaction never got to that point. Please correct this statement.

My apologies - I will ask the admin person who tends to the messages to show me the whatsapp messages in order to rectify the problem and take the matter further. I was told that you wished to wait for the order. Thanks for letting me know and I am sorry that you had such a bad experience, I try and keep my customers happy as far as I possibly can
