I have complaint so many times about this company that keeps taking money from my account without my consent. They have been taking R49 every ****** month and I have no business with them. I demand they refund all my money and stop this nonsense at once

I noticed the debit orders going off my account, I contacted them at support.extremelifestyle.co.za to provide proof of my authorization. They did respond with a ticket no. Either way, I cancelled the debit order. I feel this is a system whereby they get your banking details from a 3rd party and do their thing and it's called *****

I cancelled everything that the guy sold me cause I thought it was for a loan and I never approved the debit order on my banking app for the debit order to go off I have received messages that the plans was cancelled but still the debit order went off today. I want my money refunded to me and a written email stating that everyting is cancelled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have no luck communicating with this company's representatives about monthly payments claimed from my account. I don't know what I am paying for and no answer seems to be forthcoming. Based on the other reviews posted here it is most likely a ****.

Ticket [#1953113] - Cancellation of Debit Orders the above is the reference or service ticket to cancel debit orders. Guys reverse the charges you are deducting on my account, I sent an email on 03.11.2020, on 04.11.2020 Serina Sena Govender responded saying the debit orders have been cancelled, but it has 20 days cancellation period, meaning I will still be billed for Nov on 05.12.2020. But I have realised I have was billed again on 05.01.2021, and you guys have ensured that Banks can not reverse these charges, I have been communicating with Serina, but she hasn't responded to my lastest email sent on the 05.01.2021,
