I regret installing Fidelity ADT alarm system in my house. The passed 4 months have been a nightmare. Alarm will go off anytime of the day and night without being triggered. We can’t sleep peacefully at night or even work freely during the day. I told them several times. They finally sent the technician to change the censor in the kitchen. It was ok for two weeks then started again. Everyday when armed it triggers around 11pm until around 2pm. To make matters worse they charged me separately for many times the alarm went off because of their error. They promised to refund me but still haven’t. I truly regret choosing ADT
I have complaint so many times about this company that keeps taking money from my account without my consent. They have been taking R49 every ****** month and I have no business with them. I demand they refund all my money and stop this nonsense at once
After the frustration I had with Ntsakisi of Matrix last week, to day I received a call from the lady who has been assisting me with the my query. He name is Caroline. She was calm, respectful and professional. She apologized for not getting to me on time but she completed her investigation and confirmed that there was error on their side to charge me for extra services that I didn’t know of and for both cars I’ll pay the contracted amount of R335 not R379 as Ntsakisi mentioned last week or R546 as per invoice. She will ensure that all extra monies I paid is refunded. To be honest I was regretting my decision to go with Matrix but after such excellent customer experience from Caroline, I feel like we will go a long way. I am beginning to trust Matrix again. As long as there are people like Caroline who is humble, down to earth and so professional. Keep up the good work Caroline. Employer of the year
I posted about this company for adding other services without my consent. In June I was told it was fixed. July I got the bill again with overcharging. I paid the amount that I believe is what’s in my contract. On the 30th July 2025 I got sms saying I must pay R174.88. I paid it thinking maybe they reconciled their books and realised they have been over charging me. To my surprise after that I received a bill with all those services I previously complained about charging me R565.00 AGAIN. I complained on this platform. Consultant from Matrix called me and I told her the same thing that I told her colleague a month ago so she promised to remove everything that were added without my consent and will come back to me. While still waiting for her to come back to me I get a call from Ntsakisi who told me that I owe R379. I told her I am still waiting for her colleague about my complaint. She was like no but this was fixed you are billed R379. When trying to explain to her that I did not get feedback on my complaint she became defensive and rute didn’t want to listen to what I’m saying. I even said to her “ you should be saying I’m sorry that they did not come back to you but the matter was resolved’. She was up in arms telling me how I’m teaching her how to do her job and was so rude to me as a client. She needs to be taken for customer service training. She’s not fit to deal with customers. I should be paying R159 for KIA and R179 for Toyota Corolla. That can’t amount to R379 that she also mentioned. Ho back to November 2024 and h check thoroughly what the agreement was. While at it REFUND me the money I overpaid including R174.80 I paid on the 30th July 2025
Matrix is a ****. My initial contract with Matrix was R355 for two vehicles. Since May 2025 they started charge me more than R500. I complaint and the consultant who assisted me listed things that I never asked for. I even told him that I will never take road side assist for example, with them because my insurance covers that. They also added other things I have no idea who gave them the consent. There’s panic button on the list but they never came to my house to install that on my Toyota Corolla. I’m fighting this battle with them and yet nothing get resolved. They do not car about customers all the care about is how the can milk money out of us. This is so disgusting and I will stop paying them and go with another reputable vehicle tracking company because this one is a ****. I want them to refund all the extra money they took from me
Unauthorized debit order This company debited my account with R49 again this month. I have no business with then and I want all my money back
I have been paying Woolworths loan for over 5 years now with credit life cover. I lost my job in December 2022 and found another one in April 2024 unfortunately the company closed down in December 2024. I paid them consistently on time every month nonetheless. I made a credit life claim in February 2025. It was declined without any explanation
They took money from my account without my consent. I have no business with them and I’m hearing for the first time about them. They must refund me asap
Never make any business with mobile talk. They are ****ming people of the money. They pretend to be selling on behalf of Telkom but pushing their own agenda and take money from you. I agreed to get pocket router that comes with monthly data of 30gig early last month, up until today I still haven’t received it but on the 25 March they took R199 from my account. I complaint to Telkom, and Telkom has no record of my application. I called them to complain and demand my money to be refunded they refused. I’m not gonna stop until the company is closed. I don’t mind paying lawyers to take them to court. They better refund my money now or wait and see what I’ll do to them
They called me to sell mobile rooter and data on behalf of Telkom. Agent and Team Leader spoke to me about this and said first payment will be more than the monthly payment and asked me to approve Debicheck. Which I did only to find that they ******* me into signing for something I don’t need and never in my rightful mind will do. Our agreement was for first payment to go through end of April and that router will be delivered on 2 to 3 days. I waited for full 3 weeks for delivery. After 3 weeks on the 20th March 2025 I received sms saying my application was approved. On the 25th March 2025 an amount of R199 was debited from my account. I got angry and accused Telkom of taking my money before delivering the product and on the wrong date. Only to find they sold this product that I do not under false pretense, which is *****ulent. I called them to refund my money and they said that’s not gonna happen and they are still going to debit my account again. I approved Debicheck with believe that it’s for wifi router nothing else.
