Extreme Performance in Jetpark (should be "extremely POOR performance)

Absolutely disgusting service received from Neelan, the owner of this business.

Dropped my dad's vehicle with them, and was told that I would have a report and quotation within a couple of days. A week passed, and i had not heard from them. Neelan did not take, nor return any of my calls or Whatsapp message.

I called at their premises and found the vehicle standing in an adjacent unit, and the undercarriage covers had been removed. The body and interior was smeared with grease.

When I expressed my dissatisfaction, Neelan simply told me to take the vehicle elsewhere. I tried to engage Neelan in a civil and professional manner, but he just walked away.

I have since taken the vehicle to an alternate service provider. As it happens, Extreme Performance damaged the gear selector, which was not not faulty in the first place.

I cannot with a clear conscience recommend this business.
